How much caffeine is in 7 Energy?
According to the official nutrition guide, a plain 7 Energy has 76 mg of caffeine in a small, 114 mg in a medium and 152 mg in a large when served iced. Flavored versions land close to that (Ocean Breeze: 67, 105 and 133 mg). For comparison, a 16 oz can of a major energy drink has about 160 mg.
Ordering it as a frozen chiller roughly halves the caffeine, because ice takes up part of the cup: a medium chiller has 55–57 mg. That makes the chiller a good afternoon option.
