7 Brew Cup Sizes
7 Brew sells kids, small, medium and large drinks. Here is how big each size is, how many espresso shots it gets, how much caffeine it carries and what it typically costs.

7 Brew sizes in ounces
| Size | Cold cup | Hot cup | Espresso shots | Specialty coffee price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Kids | about 10–12 oz | about 8–10 oz | 1 | $3.25–4.25 |
| Small | 16 oz | 12 oz | 2 | $5–6.50 |
| Medium | 24 oz | 16 oz | 2 | $5.75–7.50 |
| Large | 32 oz | 20 oz | 4 | $6.50–8.50 |
7 Brew does not print cup volumes in its nutrition guide. The cold sizes are those widely reported by customers and match the guide: caffeine in cold brew and 7 Energy rises in the same 2 : 3 : 4 ratio as 16, 24 and 32 oz. Hot cup sizes are as commonly reported.
Caffeine by size
| Size | Latte (iced) | Cold brew | 7 Energy (iced) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kids | 60 mg | 112 mg | — |
| Small | 120 mg | 179 mg | 76 mg |
| Medium | 120 mg | 268 mg | 114 mg |
| Large | 240 mg | 357 mg | 152 mg |
Which size is the best value?
For espresso drinks, a medium gives you 50% more drink than a small for about $0.75–$1.00 more, but no extra caffeine. A large doubles the espresso to 4 shots, so it is the value pick if you want a stronger coffee. For cold brew and 7 Energy, caffeine grows with the cup, so medium and large are both proportionally stronger.
7 Energy has no kids size. Every other category does.
How calories change with size
Calories grow faster than you might expect from small to large, because the extra volume is mostly milk, half-and-half or syrup. Official numbers for a few favorites (iced, or blended for smoothies):
| Drink | Kids | Small | Medium | Large |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Blondie | 230 cal | 280 cal | 480 cal | 560 cal |
| Brunette | 190 cal | 250 cal | 370 cal | 500 cal |
| Ocean Breeze | — | 180 cal | 240 cal | 360 cal |
| Pink Mermaid | 80 cal | 160 cal | 240 cal | 320 cal |
| Strawberry Smoothie | 190 cal | 310 cal | 460 cal | 620 cal |
| Rocky Road Shake | 270 cal | 470 cal | 700 cal | 940 cal |
Hot vs. cold cups
Hot drinks come in smaller cups than iced drinks of the same name, because iced drinks leave room for ice. That is why a medium hot Blondie (610 calories) can have more calories than a medium iced Blondie (480): there is more half-and-half and less ice in the cup.
Ordering tips
- Want it stronger? Order a large, or add a shot to a medium.
- Watching sugar? Drop one size or ask for 1/2 sweet; it saves more than skipping whipped cream.
- For kids, the kids size of a caffeine-free drink is the right fit; see the kids menu.
